At WADFOW Philippines, we aim to provide you with the highest quality products in pristine condition. Please take a moment to review our Shipping and Order terms:
Quality Control
All orders are carefully inspected and tested (if applicable) to ensure their condition and functionality prior to shipment.
Sealed Items
Certain products come in factory-sealed packaging. These items are not opened or tested by WADFOW Philippines, as we rely on the manufacturer’s own quality control procedures.
Damage During Transit
Although we pack all orders securely, damage may occasionally occur during delivery due to courier handling, which is beyond our control.
If you notice any damage upon delivery, please file a complaint directly with the delivery service immediately.
We will fully cooperate and provide any necessary documentation to support their investigation.
Incomplete, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive an incomplete, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us immediately.
We will initiate an investigation to resolve the issue. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect or faulty, you may be asked to return it first.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement promptly.
Special Delivery Arrangements
If your order weighs more than 50 kg, contains chemicals or flammable materials, or meets other specialized delivery conditions, we may need to arrange a custom delivery.
Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the nature of your order.
Non-Serviceable Locations
In rare instances where delivery to your location is not available through our partner couriers, we will arrange a nearby store pickup.
Our team will notify you and provide complete details for a convenient collection process.
System or Shipping Fee Discrepancy
Occasionally, due to technical issues or outdated data, the shipping fee displayed at checkout may be incorrect or unavailable.
If this occurs, WADFOW Philippines reserves the right to cancel the order while we resolve the discrepancy or update our system.
We will inform you promptly if your order is affected.
Shipping Terms and Conditions – Warehouse Pick-Up
1. Pick-Up Option
Customers may choose Warehouse Pick-Up as their shipping option during checkout. Once the order is confirmed and ready, a notification (via SMS, email, or call) will be sent to inform the customer that their order is available for pick-up.
2. Pick-Up Schedule

Pick-up is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays.

Customers must pick up their orders within 7 calendar days after receiving the pick-up notification. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
3. Pick-Up Location
All warehouse pick-ups are to be made at:
6 Industry Road 1 Potrero, 1475 City of Malabon NCR, 3rd District Philippines
Please bring the following upon pick-up:

Order confirmation (printed or digital)

Valid ID (name must match the order)

Proof of payment (if prepaid)

If someone else will claim the order, an authorization letter and photocopy of the customer's ID are required.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) for Pick-Up

COD is allowed for warehouse pick-up orders.

Full payment must be made in cash upon pick-up.

No change will be provided for large bills, so please prepare the exact amount.
Only cash is accepted for COD pick-up. Other payment methods (GCash, bank transfer, etc.) must be settled prior to pick-up.
5. Storage Fee for Unclaimed Orders

Orders not claimed within 7 days from notification will incur a storage fee of ₱100 per day, counted from the 8th day onwards.

Storage fees must be settled before the order can be released.

Storage is allowed for a maximum of 30 calendar days. After this period, the order will be cancelled, and the restocking fee will apply.
6. Restocking Fee for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled after preparation or is unclaimed beyond the storage period, a restocking fee of 5% of the total contract price will be charged.

For prepaid orders, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For COD orders, repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in blacklisting from future COD transactions.
6. Inspection and Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect the item(s) before leaving the warehouse.

Claims for damages, defects, or missing items must be made before leaving the warehouse.

Once items are picked up and signed off, we consider the order received in good condition. Claims for missing or damaged items after leaving the premises will not be honored.
7. No On-Site Modifications or Assembly

The warehouse is for pick-up only. No installation, testing, or modification services are provided on site.
8. Cancellations

For COD orders: If you need to reschedule or cancel your pick-up, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

For Prepaid orders: Cancellations before pick-up must follow our refund and return policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
All COD orders will go through a verification process before shipment.
Our team may contact you to confirm your order and delivery information. If we cannot reach you or receive no response, we reserve the right to cancel your COD order to prevent fraud or delivery issues.
